Product Protection
In conditions of high competition in the market and unscrupulous manufacturers, we can offer protective technologies and techniques that make it difficult to fake the label, and therefore your product:
- the shape of the label exactly matches the original shape of the product;
- unique rasterization (change in point shape and repeatability algorithm);
- combination of technologies: printing and various types of post-printing processes combined in one product significantly reduce the likelihood of counterfeiting;
- use of protective stickers made of diffraction or any other foil with a unique pattern and / or texture;
- special paints (metallized, magnetic, fluorescent, lightfast).
Image quality is achieved due to the high resolution of the digital machine (1200 x 3600 dpi), which allows to obtain:
- rich, vibrant, and contrasty image;
- more gradations in midtones and shades;
- smooth transitions of color;
- clearly reproducing fine details;
- color stability throughout the roll;
- repeatability of colors from circulation to circulation.
Varnishing can be either glossy or matte.
Lacquered labels compare favorably with unvarnished ones; their appearance is always attractive, original and beautiful. Depending on the area of application of the varnish coating, continuous and selective varnishing are distinguished. With continuous varnishing, a layer of varnish covers the entire surface of the print. During selective varnishing, due to the use of special forms, only certain elements of the print are coated with varnish (for example, logo, name, etc.).
Varnishing technology requires quality control of the materials used, normalization and stabilization of technological processes. Our company, based on practical experience, controls and issues the label in accordance with technical requirements.
