Foil printing
This is one of the most popular methods of selective application of metal coating to printed products. This method of mechanical coating allows us to apply a metallized image to the surface of the printing. Metallized elements can have a natural shine of gold, silver, as well as a metallic shine of any other colour, which attracts the attention of the consumer. Foil printing allows us to efficiently highlight images that contain an important graphic or informational part (product name, logo, etc.).
The foil printing process is carried out by heated metal stamps or by cold stamping using photopolymer forms. Cold stamping allows us to use the temperature sensitive materials (during hot stamping the stamps heat up from 100 ° C to 200 ° C), and carried out at a higher speed.
